Working at the intersection of arts and health to design and facilitate movement-based experiences across healthcare, community, and creative settings.

Dance & Movement Practitioner

What I Do

I work across three areas:

  • Facilitation – delivering workshops and group experiences using movement and creative practice

  • Arts & Health – collaborating with healthcare and community organizations

  • Creative Practice – developing movement-based and interdisciplinary work

Hi, I’m Erica Wolfe.
I’m a UK-registered dance movement psychotherapist, embodied practitioner, and creative facilitator.

My work uses movement and the body as a pathway for emotional expression, connection, and wellbeing—particularly in spaces where verbal communication is limited or not enough.

What I Offer

The BodyMind Approach®

I am trained in The BodyMind Approach® (TBMA), a structured, group-based method that uses movement, creative expression, and psychoeducation to support individuals experiencing persistent physical symptoms and stress-related conditions.

What Others Say

  • "Erica was informative and knowledgeable. Laying the 'groundwork' of what and why we were moving and exploring the way we were, felt really helpful."

  • "The session was a great balance of being explorative - giving enough time for self-reflection, and interactive - for the group to feedback on their own experiences. The time was managed perfectly for each section, so that the pace flowed and nothing felt rushed."

  • "I thought the session was lovely, safe and encouraging."
